Remember, “Passion Over Hype” … but we’ll discuss it anyway:

It’s rather intriguing how the internet hype gradually, however almost immediately if you don’t pay attention, goes from Law of Attraction TO SpiritualityAccording to www.KeywordDiscovery.com (powered by Trellian), the search term: Law of Attraction is most popular in the month of July. We saw this happen, Didn’t we? Now, Where is the hype going?

Yes, its definitely surrounding Internet and Network Marketing (however that is not the answer “that I‘m looking for class“).
HERE IT IS: According to the same source (Trellian), the search term: Spirituality becomes increasingly trendy with the search engines in THIS MONTH “of September”. And I’m not saying this lightly, folks. The search term: Spirituality in fact receives Ninety Percent more search queries in the month of September. (that is based on the average number of 100 searches for a normal month which explodes to 1000 searches for the month of September – Previous years of course).

So, Are we seeing this happen this year? YES. I am personally seeing Spirituality becoming ultimately more famous online here lately. Also, its amazing: Law of Attraction is not seen on twitter, facebook, etc. as much as it was in July and the beginning of August.

Besides being really COOL to know this information, How does this knowledge impact your life?

Well, a lot would say that spirituality is very important to one’s personal development whether you are religious or not. You don’t have to be religious to be spiritual. And this is where the Hype comes in … I suggest Googling “Spirituality” and looking it up on YouTube. This is your chance to locate the highest amount of valuable information about spirituality and build yourself via the personal development techniques of respected spiritual figures as well as like-minded individuals!!!

I recommend spending some time around “The Joel Osteen Hype on YouTube.” He is a Christian in which some other Christians believe that he does not preach the truth. I CHALLENGE YOU to find out the truth for yourself. CLICK HERE for JOEL OSTEEN MINISTRIES YouTube Channel to begin your search and discovery of what is “inside yourself” and ultimately “out there in the universe”.

There are major differences between a Boss and a Leader, and I would much rather be a leader than a boss. A boss is “your average Joe or Jane” that is half the time on a power trip. They have been given their status of authority through direct worldly means. Leaders are naturally called to the position to be a leader – whether it be that they are born with those traits or they develop them through life – whatever you choose to believe. The fact still remains, “It is a Calling” and they usually have a much higher POSITIVE impact on others and the world around them than “The Boss” does. In fact, a great deal of the time “The Boss” has an adverse effect on those around him/her. I have an idea why people act like they do, but I personally cannot grasp why someone would wish to remain in that bondage of their own souls. Something is Missing!

Its unreasonable to count all of the times that I’ve ran into spiritually ugly people in the corporate world whether it be for personal business or job related. They seem to be missing so much within themselves that they take unconsciously take out their frustration on the matrix around them. They overlook personal development and MOST IMPORTANTLY: true compassion & genuine concern for the people they run into. They tend to abuse their “power” and like I said before, they usually have an adverse/negative effect oppose to the Positive One That The Leader Has on The World!

Here are some simple thoughts and practices to help you from falling “victim’ to “the boss” trap … and REALLY explode your Leadership Quality Potential:

  • Find time to deal with stress in a healthy manner outside of the workplace
  • Take time for Personal Development and Self Improvement (google it, watch videos, read books, get involved in mastermind and self help groups)
  • Humble Thyself (Remember: This world doesn’t revolve around You!)
  • Be Willing to HELP as oppose to always giving orders
  • Keep in mind the “possibility” that you MAY NOT be “right”
  • Practice thinking about and praying for others (and NOT just your friends and family)
  • Keep a reasonable separation of Work Issues AND Personal Issues
  • Take thought of Your Intentions Before Offering Criticism
  • Find a Higher Power and practice a spiritual program taking a daily inventory (of what “you did for yourself” AND “what you did for God” that day)
  • Remember that if you invest confidence in someone they are more than likely to always respond high above your expectations as oppose to always being negative toward them. BE POSITIVE IN GENERAL!
