Greetings Earthlings and All Foreigners From Other Planets! (haha, j/k)

Hey, I’m stoked about this!

@katiefreiling shared a wonderful idea on her blog here that inspired me to post a blog response  … Its about creating a gratitude list (“my personal one” is below) I’m sharing this with YOU, my very special and valued audience!

My Gratitude List
(in no particular order with the exception of the first few)

  • My Relationship with a Higher Power in whom I choose to call God.
  • Salvation through Jesus Christ, My Lord and Savior, The King of all Kings and The Lord of all Lords
  • Family is very important to me and I am grateful for my loved ones
  • Friends, Mentors, and Business Connections
  • Freedom in my everyday life to do what I  choose
  • All the love and support in my life
  • Self Awareness, Divine Guidance, and Intuition (adopted from Katie’s list)
  • Strength through FAITH
  • The roof over my head
  • The clothes on my back and the socks on my feet
  • Constant Spirtual, Mental and Emotional Growth, Personal Development and Higher Learning via Life’s Lessons
  • My material possessions
  • Online associations such as tribes, thumbvu academy (organizations I’m a member of)
  • My Empowered Leadership Qualities
  • My constant flow of unlimited finances
  • My Business and being able to do what I love!
  • MUSIC (hehe, I love it so much. It speaks to my soul.)
  • The healing I’ve received from God, true miracles in regards to my health, All Glory be unto the Precious Name of Christ
  • My intelligence (adopted from Katie’s list)
  • Inspiration via the small things in Life, i.e. somebody saying a little something that touches me and speaks to my heart when I’m feeling down. ITS A TOUCH FROM ABOVE.

Finally, I am GRATEFUL for YOU! Thank you for reading my gratitude list and I strongly urge you to create your own to help manifest a greater deal of happiness as well as abundance in your life. Again, thanks to Katie Freiling for giving me the idea to do this. I have no intentions of stealing one’s glory.

God Bless Your Success,

  4. Having a heart and spirit of gratitude and thankfulness is part of living a healthy life in all of its many aspects. Bitterness always blocks energy flow and relationships…it just doesn’t have any long term benefit at all.

I too am thankful for my relationship with God through Jesus Christ…it is what makes my life flow and be worth living. I can relate with many of these things on your list and am thankful you shared them.

  5. Curtis
Rock on my friend. I am right up there with you on several of those items…especially numbers one and two. 🙂
Thankfulness is the first step in living a more spiritually and personally fulfilling life. Attitude of Gratitude should be a daily practice for us all.

  6. Gratitude is the prerequisite for a wise steward to receive further blessings from God… One aligns himself with God.

Deep sighs of satisfaction will come, because God responds with more than we can possibly take in.. ourselves… hence, with gratitude, the wealthy share these blessings! Things get kinda perpetual after that!

  7. Thanks so much Curt for sharing this with us.

I believe that it is very important to be thankful for all that we have. I have eve considered being thankful for the things that I do not have yet or will never have as well. I have not put down a list but you and Katie have inspired me to consider doing it. Thanks for this inspiration.

    Make it a great day!
    God Bless,

  8. Awesome Curt.Katie does have great ideas. I love your list.Starting out with your gratefulness for God shows to me what a good person you are. I really enjoyed this and I will remember to do a gratitude journal too.

  9. Curtis, gratitude helps us stay humble. Gratitude helps us remember how blessed we truly are in the “present”. Great post my friend!

  12. Hey Curtis –

What a great post and video — something REAL and so down to earth! You (and Katie) are SO right on about the gratitude list. Not only should we make note of the things for which we are thankful, but our whole lives should be one of gratitude in every moment. As a friend of mine used to say, “every day above the dirt is a GOOD day!”

No matter our circumstances, when we express gratitude, not only do we perceive our circumstances differently, but they actually change. As you said, it’s the Law of Attraction, which is constantly working in our lives, whether or not we are aware of it working.

Thanks for a wonderful post! And the very best to you in all you do!

    • Hey Steve, Thanks a lot for not only commenting but also providing awesome value to the post by doing so. I feel led to say this, with all due respect to your religious and/or spiritual beliefs, I personally would STILL be grateful if my physical body were under dirt, because I know where my heart will be. (to stay light on the subject; I’m sure you understand) God Bless You Brother and THANKS AGAIN!
