Simply Put, This is what you need to PLACE UP NEXT TO YOUR WORK AREA and CHOOSE FROM everytime you have to make a Decision (Hey, there’s the first D, haha). Decision is not one of them but these D’s DO DRIVE DECISION (hehe, I’m having too much fun with this!!!)
Here we go:
- Don’t Do It
- Delay It
- Deflect It
- Delegate It
- Do It Imperfectly
- Do It
Place this list up next to your computer somewhere. SERIOUSLY! I have mine taped to a lotion bottle right next to my monitor. I look at this list when I’m having trouble making a Decision. I’ve been told that one must beware of incertainty especially in entrepreneurship. We, Business Owners & CEOs need to be able to make decisions on the fly.
